SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Wilder Home offers free worldwide shipping on all orders. 

​

Orders will be processed 1-5 business days after purchase, and may be sent separately to ensure the items are packaged in the safest way possible. Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-21 business days depending on your location - Australian orders are likely to arrive sooner, however some bulky items, candles, or items that are made to order can take a little longer. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once they have updated with the courier. If orders aren't collected or need to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, the responsibility to resolve this lies with the purchaser. Please double check to ensure all details are entered correctly. Once an order order is placed, the purchaser has committed to the sale and declares that all information entered (including the shipping address) is correct. It is the purchaser's responsibility to resolve any discrepancies in this place, or in the instance of unclaimed parcels with their local postal/courier service.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted within 3 hours of purchase, to cancel an order please email home@wilderspaces.com.au 

 

In some circumstances we can modify an order after 3hrs, Please contact us as soon as possible at home@wilderspaces.com.au if you need to modify an order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. 

 

Please note: Cancellations will incur a 20% restocking and administrative fee of the total purchase as per our shipping policy.

Returns + Exchanges

 

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, and must be accompanied by the original packaging (or close to) and any accessories that were included with the product.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at home@wilderspaces.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect your shipment.

 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, we will issue a full store credit code to use on the site or in our St Kilda Studio.

 

Faulty or damaged products:

 

If there is any fault or damage with your order please reach out to us at home@wilderspaces.com.au with your order number and photos/videos of the damage/fault. We will ship you a replacement of your item at no extra cost to you.

CUSTOM ORDERS

​

Some items, such as furniture and rugs are made to order, and therefore may take extra time to send out. While we strive to capture our products as accurately as possible, including a substantial amount of quality control across several lighting scenarios, monitors, phones, cameras and tablets, there can sometimes be slight colour or sizing differentiation. This is also applicable for handmade items, which can vary from order to order in consistency with size and colour. Our production warehouse also photographs items before sending them out to comply with our quality control measures. The packaging used has proven to be the most durable in protecting items, while being economically viable to our customers and environmentally friendly, as it is recyclable through soft plastics recycling programs. There may also be some assembly required, including display after transit such as assembling a table with household tools, or flattening creases in a rug with a steam cleaner or patience.


We cannot accept returns on custom orders. Additionally, we cannot refund custom orders unless there is a major fault, e.g. unfit for purpose - minor faults we will repair or provide relevant instruction.
