In some circumstances we can modify an order after 3hrs, Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to modify an order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.
Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, and must be accompanied by the original packaging (or close to) and any accessories that were included with the product.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect your shipment.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, we will issue a full store credit code to use on the site or in our St Kilda Studio.
Faulty or damaged products:
If there is any fault or damage with your order please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos/videos of the damage/fault. We will ship you a replacement of your item at no extra cost to you.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been personalised or custom orders
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
We also reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria.
